Oat Milk Latte

-1 cup plant milk of choice (I used Oat)

-2 spoonfuls instant coffee

-1/2 cup boiling water

-Coffee syrup of choice to taste (I used about 2 1/2 tablespoons)

  1. Bring your water to a boil

  2. Heat milk and your syrup of choice. I did mine in the microwave but this can also be done on the stove

  3. Using a hand-held frother, froth your milk for 15-20 seconds or until there is about a 1/4 inch of foam sitting on top of the milk (the amount of time can also be adjusted depending on how much foam you would like). If you do not have a frother, microwave the milk mixture in 30 second intervals and whisk in between. Continue until you reach your desired amount of foam

  4. Spoon two spoonfuls of instant coffee into a mug and add boiling water (the amount of water can be altered depending on how strong you would like your drink). Stir well

  5. Carefully add milk to coffee mixture
