Vegan Sausage, Egg, and Cheese

Vegan Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Muffin

 

 

-1/4 cup Just Egg or any Vegan Egg Replacer

-1 vegan sausage of choice

-1 slice vegan cheese

-1 English Muffin

-The following seasonings to taste:

-Black Pepper

-Garlic Salt

-Non-stick spray 

 

  1. Prepare the vegan egg. Heat a small pan and spray with the non-stick spray. Pour vegan egg into the pan and lightly season with the seasonings. Do not scramble the egg. Cook until lightly browned and then fold the egg in half. Your egg should be in the shape of a half circle. Flip the egg and cook until well done

  2. Prepare the sausage. Cut the sausage in half length-wise. Then, take one half of the sausage and cut that in half (the short way). While you can prepare all four pieces of the sausage, you will only need two pieces for the sandwich. Heat the sausage by way of choice. I placed mine in the air fryer on 400º for five minutes. You can also place the sausage in the oven, heat it on the stove, or place it in the microwave

  3. Preheat your oven (or air fryer) to 400º

  4. Build your sandwich: split English muffin in half and open, face up. Place the two sausage pieces flat side down on the bottom half of the English muffin. Fold egg piece in half and place on top of sausage. Place one slice of cheese on top of that. Top it off with the remaining half of the English muffin

  5. Wrap sandwich in aluminum foil and place in the oven (or air fryer) for five minutes or until cheese is melted
