Vegan Philly Cheesesteak

 

Ingredients:

 

-1 1/2 cup Vegan Beef, thinly sliced 

-2 slices Vegan Provolone

-1/4 cup Onion, sliced

-1/4 cup Green Bell Peppers, sliced

-1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce

-1 teaspoon Better Than Bouillon No Beef Bast

-1 tablespoon Olive oil

-Bread Roll. of Choice

The Following Seasonings to Taste:

-Black Pepper

-Garlic Powder

 

Directions:

 

  1. Heat the oil in a large pan to medium heat. Add the vegan beef and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Then, add the soy sauce, Better Than Bouillon, bell pepper, onion, and the seasonings. Sauté until the beef is crispy, the onions are translucent, and the peppers are soft

  2. Form the beef mixture into the approximate size of the bread roll and top with the provolone. Cover the pan with a lid until the cheese melts

  3. Cut the bread roll open and place it face side down in the pan next to the beef to toast

  4. Carefully scoop the beef mixture onto the bread.
